Real-World Experience

Kritsada brings fifteen years of financial modeling experience from Bangkok's leading investment firms. He's built scenario models for everything from hotel chains navigating COVID impacts to tech startups planning regional expansion.

What sets our program apart is the focus on practical application. You won't just learn formulas — you'll work through actual case studies where these models made the difference between profit and loss for real Thai businesses.

During the eight-month program starting September 2025, you'll tackle scenarios like modeling the financial impact of new tourism regulations or predicting how infrastructure projects affect regional real estate markets.

Program Structure

Foundation Phase (Months 1-2)

Start with Excel and basic financial mathematics, then move into probability distributions and sensitivity analysis. We use actual data from Thai companies to make concepts stick.

You'll build your first models around familiar scenarios — like projecting revenue for a Bangkok restaurant chain or analyzing the impact of fuel costs on delivery services.

Advanced Modeling (Months 3-5)

Monte Carlo simulations, decision trees, and multi-variable regression analysis. This is where the real power of scenario modeling becomes clear.

Case studies include modeling export scenarios for agricultural products, analyzing investment timing for property development, and stress-testing portfolios against various economic conditions.

Capstone Project (Months 6-8)

Choose a real business challenge and build a comprehensive scenario model from scratch. Previous students have created models for renewable energy investments, e-commerce expansion strategies, and manufacturing capacity planning.

You'll present your final project to a panel that includes working professionals from Thailand's finance industry, getting feedback that connects directly to career opportunities.
